Orders can be cancelled only before shipping/dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Company Cancellations
Royal Swad reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or unavailable
Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website
Issues with customer details, address, or payment verification
In such cases, customers will be informed immediately and will receive a full refund.
3. Refund on Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved (before shipping), the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
No refund will be provided for cancellations after shipping.
