Refund Policy

At Royal Swad, we value your trust and strive to deliver every order with care. Since we deal in perishable food products, refunds are only provided in specific cases. Please read the policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Refund


A refund will be considered only if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or expired product

You receive the wrong item that does not match your order

2. Non-Refundable Cases


Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it falls under the eligibility criteria above.

Taste preference, personal dislike, or minor packaging variations do not qualify for a refund.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Refund Process


You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at royalswadshop@gmail.com or +91-9559403745 with proof (photo/video).

Once verified, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).

4. Company Rights

Royal Swad reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims based on evidence provided.

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where the issue is beyond our control (e.g., customer not available at delivery, courier delays).

📌 Important: Since our products are perishable, refunds are limited and only processed in genuine cases of damage, expiry, or wrong item delivery.
