2. Products & Services

We deal in FSSAI-certified food products including sweets, snacks, bakery items, spices, beverages, and related categories.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (unless otherwise specified).

We accept payments through UPI, cards, net banking, and other secure payment gateways.

Royal Swad reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders on time; however, delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

5. Returns & Refunds

As we deal in perishable food items, returns are not accepted once an order is shipped.

Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

6. Cancellations

Customers can cancel an order only before it is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Royal Swad reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons like stock issues, technical errors, or unavoidable circumstances.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer details such as name, phone number, email, and address are collected only for order processing and delivery purposes.

We do not sell or misuse customer data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal Swad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused due to delay, miscommunication, or third-party courier services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
