At Royal Swad, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we deal in perishable food products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
1. No Return Policy
Once an order is shipped and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and quality of food items delivered to all our customers.
2. Exceptions
A return will be considered only if:
The product received is damaged or defective
The product is expired at the time of delivery
The product delivered is different from the one ordered
3. Process for Exception Cases
Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).
In such cases, instead of a return, a refund or replacement will be arranged as per our Refund Policy.
📌 Important: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted after shipping, except in the rare cases listed above.
